Duties & Responsibilities

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solutions development, and proposed solution.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Improves operations by conducting system analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Obtains and licenses software by obtaining required information from clients; recommending purchases; testing and approving products.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Accomplishes the organization’s mission by completing related results as needed.
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work process; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Attends to client queries & complaints and provide solution in coordination with the Client Service Manager and Technical Project Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for the position
• Knowledgeable in Java, C/C++, VB.NET, C#, PHP.
• Knowledgeable in Enterprise Framework: JBoss, J2EE+EJB, Spring, Microsoft COM/COM+.
• Knowledgeable in Database/Data Access: MySQL, HyperSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Hibernate
• Updates the product user guides and documentation.
• Qualifications include Java development, Object Oriented Programming, requirements planning, prototyping, and conceptual design and interface implementation
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
• Applicants at least 20-30 years of age.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes and then documenting them.
• Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
• Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently.
• Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events.
• Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology.
• Advising on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts such as accounting, manufacturing, or other specialist areas.
• Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
• Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature.
• Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field; preferably Accounting graduate
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for the position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute manual test cases and test scripts for functional and regression testing efforts.
• Review test cases and procedures to ensure coverage of and conformance to business requirements.
• Execute test suites and properly document test results.
• Communicate testing progress and results. Raise potential issues that could introduce risk and delays.
• Work with team leader and managers to improve and enforce the QA standards throughout the software development cycle.

Qualifications

• Full understanding of the Software Development Cycle
• Experience with Testing Management Tools
• Experience in both back and front end testing and basic knowledge in code management
• Good understanding and some experience working with Agile Development Teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude
