MANILA, Jul 2014 — Hilsoft just did a soft launch of FILPROS (The Filipino Programmer’s Society) at its corporate HQ at Globe Telecom Tower, Mandaluyong.
Its aim is to help programmers achieve career and personal growth by enhancing both hard & soft skills thru training, social events and seminars. Mr. Hilario, Hilsoft’s Managing Partner said “As a programmer, we have a hard time expressing our thoughts and rationale of things and I am proud in this initiative to stimulate growth amongst them. We shall start with our own team then move forward by invitation. I’d like the idea of having monthly soft skills training, product idea generation, programming competition, team building and online collaboration/forums where members can exchange thoughts and seek for problem solving assistance.”
FILPROS’ is now finalizing its activities and mechanics this month and next event is on Aug 2, 2014.
