In an event during the PSIA’s 2nd Quarter General Membership Meeting last June 28, 2017 at The Globe Tower in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, all its newest members including Hilsoft Inc’s Chief Executive Officer, Dennis M. Hilario, took oath under Monchito B. Ibrahim, Undersecretary of Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
